The deadline for issuing visas is at the discretion of consular agents and may vary according to various factors, such as: review of documentation submitted by the applicant and volume of applications.

VISA FOR WORK REMUNERED BY A COMPANY OR MEXICAN INSTITUTION
This type of visa is applicable to the immigrant who will receive remuneration from a company or institution established in Mexico, requiring prior authorization from INAMI (Instituto Nacional de Migración).
In order to obtain the authorization issued by INAMI it’ll be necessary to present a series of documents from the Mexican company and the immigrant to whom such authorization is sought. Therefore, it’s essential that the CALLING company established in Mexico knows this process in detail.
The authorization, letter or letter issued by INAMI, once approved, will be valid for a maximum of 30 days. Therefore, the applicant should pay attention to this deadline.
